WebSMS and MISSMS API have added new option of "Hong Kong Economic Route". In the past, the route used to send out Hong Kong SMS was called "Hong Kong Business Route". This route is slightly more expensive, but the receiving time is short, supporting customized SenderID feature as well as detailed delivery report with and error code provided, so it is suitable for important notifications. As for the "Hong Kong Economic route", the price is favorable, but the receiving time is a little bit longer. It does not support customized SenderID and no detailed delivery report, which is suitable for mass promotion. When sending messages through web portal, the default route is to use "Hong Kong Business Route". To use the "Hong Kong Economic Route", please select "RANDOMID" in the drop down box of "SenderID". For a comparison of two routes, you can visit the web page Charge Detail ‧ Price List.
On March 1, 2018 (Thursday), the SMS deduction mode will be changed from credit-based to balance-based. For example, if you send out a single Hong Kong SMS, your will be deducted HK $0.57 instead of 3 SMS credits. If you are existing user in the system, your account deduction mode is still credit-based until all credits are used up and then your account will be automatically changed to balance-based at the next purchase. For the price list of new balance-based, please visit the web page Charge Detail ‧ Price List.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Customers can also set up your account to disable sending SMS to Macau's networks. The steps are as follows:
